- $500 in charges per billing period - if a cardholder meets this purchase requirement they will earn 2,500 membership rewards points per billing period during the first year. This can result in up to 30,000 bonus points (12 billing periods x 2,500 points = total of 30,000 points).
- $3,000 in charges during the first three months - American Express Cobalt™ cardholders that meet this minimum will earn 15,000 bonus points. To qualify, cardholders must apply by May 5, 2021.
